Nursing home

Negligence:
- Leaving wounds untreated, leading to infection or worsening
condition
- Inadequate maintenance of resident's hygiene
- Lack of proper cleaning in the home
- Dehydration
- Lack of protection from other residents
- Malnourishment
Medical Mistreatment:
- Use of unnecessary medications, including sedatives
- Inadequate treatment of existing medical conditions
Extortion:
- Illegal taking of victim's property, money or other assets
- Concealing of funds
